Daniel has over 13 years of experience in South Florida commercial real estate and has been involved in more than $450 million in transactions. Over the last decade with Avenue, Daniel has developed a strong in depth understanding of the urban retail markets and has been able to provide exceptional services to landlords and tenants in leasing, construction and development, sales, market analysis and strategy.
Daniel has played an integral role in the revitalization of several key South Florida markets including Lincoln Road, Alton Road and Collins Avenue on South Beach and Brickell, Midtown, Wynwood, Design District and Coconut Grove.
Throughout his career, Daniel has worked with leading national and regional retailers, hospitality and fitness groups such as Equinox, Blink Fitness, Soul Cycle, American Eagle/Aerie, Uniqlo, Sprint, CVS Pharmacy, WeWork, Amazon, Meininger Hotels, Romero Britto Art, Murphy USA, &pizza, Noble 33, Riviera Dining Group, Ink Entertainment, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Baires Restaurant Group and Antico Foods.
Daniel has served as a consultant and exclusive representative to a vast list of renowned developers, landlords, family offices, private and public institutions that include: Asana Partners, Related Group, Related Companies, RFR Realty, Cain International, OKO Group, Madison Capital, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp, Principal, PLC investments, Camden Property Trust, KBS Realty, Tristar Capital, Time Equities, Goddard Investment Group, Wynn Resorts, Gideon Asset Management, Grouper Financial and Grupo Magus.

Prior to joining Avenue, Daniel was a leasing agent for Dacra Development in Miami’s Design District.
Daniel holds a BA in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami.
